Hi, I just got admitted to CSUB nursing program this semester. I am trying to teaming up for renting Apartment or House( brand new and no carpet ). My maximum budget is $1000

I don’t smoke cigarettes, but I don’t really care if you do as long as you smoke outside. I’m 4:20 friendly. I like to keep to myself mainly. I do workout(swimming, yoga, hiking) And I play video games in my spare time. I don’t know any people in Bakersfield. so wouldn’t have a lot of company. I recently stopped drinking, but don’t mind if you do… just please don’t be an alcoholic or have parties nightly. I’m clean & just super laid back & chill. I don’t do drama… at all.
