My Name is Nina! I am 31 years old and soon to be 32 this September. I am still somewhat new to Los Angeles. I work 2 jobs at Universal & Hot Topic. I moved here on New Years of this year. I moved here to pursue a career in modeling in Gothic & Alternative Fashion and it’s a work in progress.
My friend/roommate is deciding to take the next step with her boyfriend at the end of July and thus conducts my search to rent out a room with a new roommate. I have my own car so parking is essential for me. I’m hoping to find somewhere in the Burbank, Highland Park, Koreatown areas close enough to work. My budget is around $1,000 and would like a private room.
