I am very considerate, most of the time I’m just in my room watching movies or at the library studying after work. Occasionally, friends would visit but no parties, I cook and clean my mess. Also, I’m adaptable and get along well with others. We can totally set rules since day 1, also make certain schedules if you want to divide the housework. I would prefer to live in something safe but nothing too luxurious since I’m on a budget, as well as I would prefer to live near the downtown area.
