Hello all,

I am looking for an apartment to live in with an awesome roommate by August or September in WeHo, Hollywood, East Hollywood areas. I may try to extend it to September if needed. My budget is up to $2,000 max.

Here is brief info about me:

-Gay male in his 30’ies, work for an EdTech as a product designer and work from home,

-Social, clean, and responsible,

-Great cook - used to be a chef back in NYC,

-Enjoy having people over (within reason), dinner nights, weekend nights out, hiking, shows, and galleries,

-I work out regularly, but I am not a health freak,

-Financially stable, clean credit history with an average of 720 credit score.

An ideal roommate would be kind and nice, financially stable, and have a balanced work and social life that we can hang out outside the house.

An ideal house would have a good sunlight, be spacious, have good amenities, and the neighborhood is walking friendly to basic needs - grocery stores, gym, etc. (I don’t drive for now)
