Ayah

I’m Ayah. I’m originally from Aurora, Colorado, but I’ve been living in Boulder for the past two years. My friends would describe me as easy-going, friendly, and reliable. In my free time, I like to spend my time outside or on TikTok. On the weekend, I often head home every Sunday to visit my family! I’m a Finance and Business Analytics major, and I work a pretty normal schedule. ‍I’m a pretty social person, but I enjoy some alone time. I’m open to the idea of my roommates hosting small parties. I’m down to getting to know each other and doing bonding things together. I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings. My monthly budget is $1100, and I’m looking to move in sometime around late July but no later than August 1st as that is when my current lease expires. I’m hoping to find a house near CU Boulder. I would like my own bedroom, and I’m open to living with multiple people. ‍
