Looking for a PLACE and ROOMMATE in BOSTON. I’m Liz and I am a 34 year old travel nurse from Charlottesville, Virginia. Overall RN for 10 years, traveling for the last 3. Pre-looking to come up July 1st-ish (+/-) til Sep 30th 2024. I am quite intent on traveling to your location and I know summer will saturate quickly with all potential housing already booked in advance. I do NOT have a contract currently signed (too early to sign this far out) but am looking to book something early to secure housing first. I have yet to have a contract cancelled but it can be done at any time for any reason and I need a landlord understanding of this. I am happy to put a refundable deposit down ASAP, on request, to hold dates. I am married but will be traveling single, no pets, non-smoking, very quiet and tidy. I will treat your home like my own minus my dogs ha. Been traveling with furnished finders for 3 years and have never had complaints, in fact in a few instances, I usually leave the house better than I found it. I will be working nights 3-4 nights/week so I need somewhere reasonably quiet and dark ie black out curtains. Looking for a studio-like apartment, ideally private with W/D in unit and private bathroom. I don’t mind sharing a space/ roommates but would prefer something private so my husband is able to fly out monthly to visit me. Close to the T is ESSENTIAL, as I will NOT be bring a car.
