Hello! My name is Martha Rocker, I am currently a Water Utility Technician for the City of Ann Arbor. My lease at my current location ends June 27th. I recently moved to Ann Arbor for this job and am looking for a place to settle while I focus on starting my new career. I have a bachelor’s in Environmental Studies and Sustainability with a focus on Water Quality. I graduated from Northern Michigan University and also spent a year at Colorado State University in Fort Collins. I’m very passionate about environmental stewardship and the minimalist lifestyle (for myself, not looking to push any particular lifestyle on anyone else :) ) I am studying through the Ann Arbor Water Treatment Plant to get my EGLE Full Treatment license which will allow me to do water filtration around the State of Michigan.
