UCD Bio Sci alum and empty-nester who sold the family home in 2021 and now enjoying the simple one-room life. Quiet, tidy, responsible, and efficient with utilities. I stay up-to-date on vaccines and would like the same in housemates. Car-free, so no parking needed. Gone every weekday and usually weekend days as well. Occasionally gone for travel. Normally use kitchen for one hour in morning but not at all in evening (usually in room reading in the evening; no TV). I like to follow current events and to stay active both mentally and physically. Would especially enjoy a household of other science- and/or nature-interested people.
