UCD Bio Sci alum and empty-nester who sold the family home in 2021 and now enjoying the simple one-room life. Quiet, tidy, responsible, and efficient with utilities. I stay up-to-date on vaccines and would like the same in housemates. Car-free, so no parking needed. Gone every weekday and most of each weekend day as well. Financially stable, excellent credit. Furnished or unfurnished room; either is fine. Move-in date and stay length are flexible and negotiable. No pets, but happy to live with them. Normally use kitchen for one hour in morning but not at all in evening (if home in evening, would be in room on laptop; no TV). I like to follow current events and stay active both mentally and physically. Would especially enjoy a household of other science- and/or nature-interested people.
