I have taken a job at Colonial Downs racetrack for 10 weeks and I just need a place to stay for 3-4 days a week. I live in Illinois and I can’t really afford an apartment and I’m basically only there from 7:00 pm until 5:00 am at which time I go to work. I have to fly back home to help my wife take care of the house and her horses every week. I’m very quiet with no bad habits. No drugs or alcohol issues and I’m a stage 4 cancer survivor. I have been working in this industry since 1975 and I am just filling the void in my schedule as the racetrack I worked at for 35 years has closed. If this works out I may transfer here permanently.
