I’ve lived in East Sac near Tupelo for the past five years, however my landlord is looking to move back into the house. Prior to where I am now, I lived in a house in Midtown for over 10 years, moving only because my landlords sold the house … needless to say, I really dislike moving, and prefer a house to be a long-term home.

I’ve worked in sales/customer service in the outdoor industry for the last decade or so, but am transitioning into a gov job for better long term stability. In my free time I’m either cycling, hiking, camping, etc. (at least in the nicer months) or baking, making stews, reading, going on movie/tv binges, playing video games etc. (basically a bit of a homebody in the winter). Since I like to cook/bake, I have a nice assortment of small kitchen appliances (stand mixer, food processor, pressure cooker, slow cooker, etc.), as well as a growing collection of nicer knives, and cooking accessories that would be a welcomed addition to any household (every year or so, I like to add to my collection, or upgrade something that’s a bit outdated); and since I worked in the outdoor industry for so long, I have a lot of hammocks to adorn a yard with.

I’m well past the partying stage, and am looking for a household that is similar … though dinner parties, BBQs, movie nights, etc. I’m down with, I’m not interested in a house where it’s a constant flow of strangers every weekend night after the bars/clubs close; and while I’m not necessarily looking for a new best friend, I appreciate living situations where people aren’t complete strangers with one another.
