I am looking for a place to “start over”! I was hoping to afford a place by myself but… rent is wildly expensive (as I’m sure everyone is aware of). I am divorced (no drama, promise - it was amicable and I’m not a flight risk!) and ready to make some new friends in the DFW area. I’m flexible on location, but closer to Fort Worth or Arlington would be my preference. I am social, however I deeply value my alone time and personal space. Looking for a female roommate with a fun personality. I am low maintenance, easy to get along with, cleanly and organized. I have 2 cats (Bonnie & Clyde) that get along with dogs. I work in real estate so I’m in and out a lot. PS I have excellent credit and have never once missed a payment for my mortgage, car or credit cards. I am very independent and typically do my own thing - BUT I would love to make a new friend in my roommate! Boundaries and clear cut responsibilities are a must. I’m fine with my roommate having guests as often as they like as long as they are respectful of the home. I do enjoy cocktails every so often and I am cannabis friendly but don’t partake myself - It just doesn’t bother me. Hoping to find someone GREAT!! Move in date is flexible!!!
