Im a very clean professional, hardworking person whos nice friendly and chill. 800 credit score. I Work and Im finishing a doctoral degree. Just need my own room 4 days a week or so most weeks, sometimes 3, sometimes 5. Commutes are long as are my hours so i need to find an occasional place to be. i do NOT smoke, i do NOT have pets, NO drugs or drama. Just need a place ideally with my own bathroom, that’s ok with occasional girlfriend over only in my space. If we can work together just contact me and we can meet to see if its a good fit.
