Hi Everyone! We have a room opening in our 3 bed, 2 bath Cow Hollow apartment. We have been living here for a year now and really love the apartment and location. Unfortunately our other roommate is moving in order to move closer to his new office for work.

Rent: $1950 Utilities: Around $30-50/month Move-in date: September 1st Laundry: in building coin laundry Parking: The apartment comes with 1 parking spot in the garage and you would be the only one using it. If not interested in the parking spot, rent would be less.

Location: The location of the apartment is great - it is a block from Union Street and 10 minute walk from both Polk street and Fillmore street. It is walking distance from Marina, Fort mason, Marina Green, Fisherman’s Wharf, and many popular bars and great restaurants. It is also close to the 45, 30, and 49 bus lines.

About us:

Justin (23M): Works in tech. Hybrid schedule (3 days in office and 2 days wfh). Loves running, sports, cooking, and going out for drinks.

Ubaid (22M): Works in finance. Hybrid schedule. Loves outdoors, music/concerts, and visiting new places.
