Hello,

My name is Nicole. I am a single professional female seeking a room for rent for at least a year. I am an Air Traffic Controller working at the Air Traffic Control System Command Center in Vint Hill, Virginia.

I live and own a home in Cheverly, MD, but due to the lengthy daily commute, I am seeking a room for rent in this area to be closer to work. I will only be utilizing the room 3 - 4 days per week.

I am very much to myself, clean, quiet, do not smoke, and would not have guests. And as a homeowner and prior landlord, I would absolutely take good care of the space.

I also have a 13lb dog (very quiet, well mannered, and potty trained). If that is totally off limits, I understand.
