My name is Isaac. In February, my ex-wife and son moved to Australia, and I remained here to sell our piano tuning business. I will be moving to Australia to co-parent our son, once my business sells but there’s no telling how long that will take. So I am in need of a month to month contract. When they left I moved into a room in a friend’s house. I am not receiving the privacy that one should be able expect, so I’m in search of a new, more private, apartment/room. August 1 is my preferred move in date, but I’m willing to come earlier.
