I need a new place by September. Prefer a 2 bedroom in Boise, since that is where my job is. I have to get up early, so I’d like to find someone who will try to be quiet at night. I am not OK with people being cheap about heating and cooling. Idaho has some of the lowest energy rates in the country. I mostly do my own thing, but I might be down to hang out sometimes.
