I am a young professional looking for another young professional to get a 2br apartment in NoDa or Plaza Midwood. I work as an engineer with a reliable income that would let me pay as much as 1500/mo in rent, though with a roommate we would be looking at less than 1200/mo each for the standard 2br apartments in these neighborhoods. Cleanliness of common areas is incredibly important to me as I work from home. I love to cook, play disc golf, am a licensed skydiver with over 100 solo jumps, and hold a B.S. in Physics as well as a M.S. in Data Science/Artificial Intelligence. Communication is key for me and I am a very understanding and laid back person.
