My name is Steve, and I am currently seeking an apartment or roomates located in ktown area.

A little about me: I am a 27 year-old professional working in data analytics. I have a 9-5 working remote and value my downtime in the evenings and weekends. I enjoy hiking, cooking, and biking. I consider myself a friendly and considerate person who values respect and open communication.

I’m looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, and clean. The ideal roommate is someone who can pay rent on time, help maintain the cleanliness of common areas, and respect the noise levels.

I enjoy watching sports and chilling on the weekends with friends so if you are chill like that we gonna click well. I like rap, r&b and some classical music.

For visitors, as long as we communicate we are good. I will do the same. It’s great to have some friends over to watch the game or in general hanging out.
