Hi! I’m a tech product manager who works from home full time. I’m looking to rent a 1 or 2 bedroom in Marina District in San Francisco. My budget is $1800-$2400 per person depending on what we find. My ideal move in date is 4/1/2022 for annual lease, but sooner or later dates work too, I’m flexible with move-in dates. I’m open to sharing a 1 br if the layout provides enough privacy. Ideally a 2 bedroom.

I’m calm and easy going. I like to keep things clean and organized in the home. As a hobby I like to make dog accessories, tennis/pickleball, fitness in general. When not tending to the dog I like to watch Netflix or see friends. I’m alcohol/drug/smoke free but don’t mind if you drink. Okay to have friends over but no long stays or large parties, sorry!

My ESA 2yo Vizsla dog is very playful and cuddly. We spend 3-4 hours outside daily. I’m looking to rent in the Marina district so that we can jog along the waterfront on most days. My dog loves the beaches, she’s such fun to watch when she’s playing but when we’re home she’s very cuddly and lazy. She loves people, she’ll sit on you if you let her. I hope you’ll enjoy living with a dog and get ready to receive some heavy affection!
