Hello, I am a single 44 year old female with no pets or kids.

About me: I am very laid back and I work a lot. When I am home I prefer a quiet private space (Split floor plan and private bathroom only). I pretty much hang out in my room unless I am cooking. I do love health and nutrition so I like to cook. I am looking for an arrangement where there is a decent amount of space for my stuff in the kitchen/fridge. Due to the fact I am a bit of a health nut, I don’t eat a lot of normal things, so you wouldn’t have to worry about me eating your snacks etc. lol.

What I am looking for: I like a quiet peaceful environment, particularly after hours (9pm - 7am). I hope to find a home with one roommate or married couple, not looking for a place with multiple rooms for rent. I am super quiet and clean. I prefer to live in a situation where someone lives closer to the “neat freak” side of the spectrum lol, mainly just in the kitchen. I don’t leave dishes in the sink overnight and I am OCD about cleaning up crumbs. I have nothing against students, but I prefer to live with older adults who don’t have company over all the time. I don’t drink or smoke anything. I have a clean history and perfect credit.

I am friendly but value my privacy. An ideal situation would be a separate wing of a house or a bedroom with a bathroom upstairs to myself. Basically I would like to have my bedroom door open without people walking back and forth by it all the time, and I wouldnt want my room right next to another bedroom where I would hear the tv through the wall. If that makes sense?
