I’m a quiet, private, friendly, easygoing, and responsible person but can be introverted. Seeking an unfurnished room. I’m looking to live with other males, preferably 40+, but I’m also open to living with compatible females. I vape nicotine, with a pen device that releases minimal vapor. My income is roughly $1700-$1900 a month. Month to month is preferred initially but I’m looking for a permanent/ one year + rental with compatible roommate(s). If there are no roommates, that works too. I don’t plan to have guests over. If no guests at all is preferred, I’m fine with that. I can cover rent + security deposit. I don’t do drugs (including cannabis products), drama, or excessive noise, and I strongly prefer/ require the same to be compatible with any roommate(s). I work full time from home. I would prefer an alcohol free house but it’s not required if living with a moderate/ normal/ occasional drinker. I have no pets or children, but am very pet friendly.
