Hello! I am currently finishing up my last couple quarters at Evergreen. I am tidy, considerate of noise, and respectful of housemates in general. I consider myself an ambivert, so I love my alone time, but am also down for housemate hangs. I don’t smoke (including cannabis) or use any illicit substances, and I rarely drink. I don’t have any pets, but I do love animals, so I’m totally cool living with other people’s pets. I’m looking to rent from September through March. Under $700 per month is ideal, but I’m somewhat flexible on this.

Things I’m looking for:

• Private bedroom (furnished ideal)

• Good WiFi

• A place to park (even non-timed street parking is fine)

• Washer and dryer are ideal, but I’m flexible on that

• Considerate, friendly housemates, ideally around the same age

• Female-identified housemates preferred

• Month-to-month rent preferred

• Housemates who take COVID seriously and are vaxxed and boosted

Things I’m NOT looking for:

• Housemates who are big partiers

• Housemates who smoke inside

• Housemates with extreme right-wing ideology
