Hey guys! I’m gonna work at Virginia Tech for a while as a Short-Term Scholar. I’m looking for a temporary place to stay between July 1st and December 30th and I’m intending to spend around $550 per month on rent. Also, I prefer a place to myself but would be great to have a roomate. I’m extremely organized, quiet and perhaps I’ll be working the most of the time during the day.
