Hi there 😁 I’m Dawn Ive been living in Tx the last 9 months helping a family member and I’m now planning my return to St. Augustine. I am a very trustworthy, clean & organized, happy & friendly, hard working, I can cook really good (catering 23 + years), I love animals, very young at heart, single female with EXCELLENT local references. Looking for a bedroom with it’s own bathroom, in St. Augustine or Ponte Vedra. I will be the Best roommate you’ve ever had 🙋🏼 I’m planning for an Aug 1 move in date, possibly sooner, I’m in the process of selling all my belongings now for an easy move.
