Can spend more for right person/ place, etc. Quiet, clean, respectful, polite, non smoker, occasional beer….you must be able to work well with others. Would prefer to work from home 4 hrs a day, but not deal breaker. Would like cable or split a streaming TV service I’d really like to find a fit - right area, right people, right situation. Tarrant is ideal but with inflation I’m well aware I may have to be flexible regarding a location further from the city. I don’t care if youre a social drinker or enjoy a good time. Moderation please. I’d be classified as chill and quiet ;-) If your price was appealing, I’d consider short term in case you’re in transition yourself. Ideally hoping for a place to call home. (FYI-I don’t use your family or living room for watching TV, movies or sports -which might be a plus for some)

I’m limited to the $600-$650 range but could go higher with the right amenities such as a good cable package & location, etc. Number one issue is everyone on their best behavior and knowing how to communicate.
