Hello!! I am a 21 year old and I am in Real Estate. I have my license in two states as of right now, but do most of my business out of TN. I also was Nanny for 2 years here in clarksville and have lots of references to show I am a reliable trustworthy person (look me up on care.com).

I would appreciate a month to month lease but am completely okay with a year lease as well.

I am christian and spend most of my time out of the house working or at the gym. I would love to meet via FaceTime before pursuing anything further, & would appreciate meeting in person prior to any decisions being made.
