Greetings,

Have been Relocating from the Evergreen area of CO to NoCo Looking for shared house that I can also call home. I promise that I will treat your home and your space with the utmost respect as I have been a homeowner most of my life. Dates, duration and $ listed are a bit flexible depending on the situation. Rather find the right place over all else. Looking for about a 6 - 12 month or so arrangement to start~ perhaps longer if we are a really good fit. I really do not enjoy moving at all.

A true health and fitness nut and a quiet morning person I have always been so a non smoking, no drugs or no regular parties type of home is what I am in search of : ) I do enjoy some downtime when I can grab it and very active away from home with working, hiking, skiing, working out, road trips & camping (whenever possible) and my fav = visiting family and friends.

Have been told I am good at communication and that is key for me to find as well. Also, privacy in my rented space is very important. I have been self employed in many areas over my life and for the most part, I have loved it!! Tech is not my fav and maybe, in part because I have no kids to help keep me on the cutting edge. Rather, I love reverting back to the older ways of life (gardening, cooking, community etc) as that suites me better I am realizing. And I am reliable with my rent. And I do have a sweet healthy older kitty who is house trained, comes with a reference like me and is perfectly happy either in a garage or in the house. She is so chill and I love her to pieces.

Please Note: Most people seem heavy into texting and tech so I would like to share that I. Am. Not. A. Texter. At. All! I am pretty ol school for many reasons we can chat about in person if you would like. Phone calls and vm are always best. No worries if that is not you. That is me <3 & I have 2 numbers for a bit more easy access. My new ish photo is from spring 2025. Hope your pics are relatively current as well.
