Anything up north this way ( Newark, DE) would be PERFECT for me, near the doctors’ office I just started working full time for… unfortunately my house was burned down and I’m financially stuck straining myself trying to pay anywhere from $80-120 a night AT LEAST on awful motels …it’s keeping my financially TRAPPED… I can’t save up security deposits and crazy move in fees with apmts etc and my credit isn’t the best with student loans I’m still paying off - I work full time mon-fri at s gastroenterology Practice in Newark off route four without a car as I recently was in an accident so would need to be as close to route four / christiana Hosp area as possible to Uber or bus there ..I make plenty enough money to cover $5-600 rent and would finally be able to save up actually if I wasn’t paying this crazy price every night and most places won’t accept weekly rates for rooming but that would be better as I get paid every Friday 40 hours weeks .. need stability asap I’ve been without it for over a year and it’s so depressing not knowing where you’ll lay your head each night and always having to worry every day ..
