Communication is incredibly important to me, so getting to know one another before making a decision to teamup/rent and understand boundaries is crucial.

I am moderately clean as I understand sometimes rooms can get messy when people are busy. However, I do not want outside shoes to be used inside the house as they track dirt and other things from outside.

I do not drink, smoke, nor do drugs of any kind. If you drink, I am fine with it as long as it is not excessive to the point I would need to constantly check on you. Do not try to pressure me into doing it too. I want respect in preferences to be mutual.

I enjoy watching anime, playing video games, playing various instruments (ie. violin, piano, electric bass), exploring new places, exercising, baking, cooking, making new friends and live streaming. Plus love my doggo, who I intend to keep with me.

I can keep to myself, but if (and I hope we will) we become friends I do not mind sharing what I have and hanging out. I prefer not many people come over constantly. Ideally looking to rent a 3-bedroom apartment with 2 roommates from here who are around my age.
