Parent of one child. Full time job and full time student. I am Christian, ideally looking for a roommate who also is a believer, although it is not the deciding factor. Only looking to room with females who do not smoke, do drugs, nor party. I stay busy and know the importance of a home being a place of peace and rest at the end of the day. Respectful, dependable, mindful, clear communication, and cleanliness. Must be okay with thorough interview and agreeing/signing roommate agreement to protect all parties.
