Hello! I am interested in a private room and preferable my own bathroom. I am looking for a six month lease beginning on July 1st. I am a chemical engineering student at RIT with an internship in the area pursuing housing. I am currently out of state and would only be available for a virtual tour if necessary.

Overall I keep to myself and am pretty quiet but I have the occasional outbursts when gaming (at reasonable hours). I also enjoy doing jigsaw puzzles as well as cross stitch. I am very clean and organized person but am fun to be around. I’ll have a conversation with anyone.
