I am currently approved for a Grant from the RI Department of Treasury Crime Victim Compensation which pays 2 Months and Security Deposit upfront directly to the Landlord or Lease Holder. I am an easy going female currently a part time student and house cleaner. I also receive SSDI for nerve damage in my hands although I still have pretty much full range of motion. I am looking for affordable housing situation due to my fixed income. I am cleanly and courteous towards others. No preference on gender of room mates. Thanks!
