I’m currently in search of a room and wanted to share a bit about myself. I work full-time on weekdays, Monday through Friday, and occasionally on weekends. My hours typically range from 4 am to 3 pm, though they can vary.

It’s worth mentioning that I have two vehicles—a personal car and a work truck—so finding a place with parking, whether it’s off-street or street parking, is essential for me.

In terms of personality, I’m friendly, outgoing, and enjoy spending time outdoors. However, I also value my alone time and can easily keep to myself when necessary. Ideally, I’m looking for a living situation with a private bathroom and the added convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit/house/apartment. A furnished room would be preferable.

Regarding pets, I prefer no pets or at least no pets in the room I’ll be renting. I’m respectful of others’ pets and understand that they’re part of the family for many. However, to ensure comfort for everyone, It would be great if we can limit pets to shared areas only. 🤧
