Hi! I’m a 28 year old female looking for preferably 1 or 2 roommates to live with thanks to New York’s wild rent prices right now! I’ve lived in New York for 5 years now and spend most of my time trying every restaurant possible, going out with friends, planning my next travel adventure, or unfortunately working. I’m pretty easy easy going as far as living goes. I could live with roommate(s) who are looking for a friend or just someone to live peaceably and share rent with, although hopefully we’d at least occasionally do some meals or a glass of wine together! I prefer common room spaces to be generally kept tidy and just generally for roommates to communicate if people are coming over/they need the apartment to be quiet. But I’m pretty flexible and don’t care about overnight guests etc. Just looking for a nice, respectful (maybe fun?) roommate(s)!
