Looking for a pet-friendly basement for rent or 1-2 roommates (female only please) to rent an apartment or townhouse with me. I’m trying to stay in a 30-minute range from where I work in Burke and am trying to keep the budget around $1200 per person (obviously the lower, the better).

I’m quiet, respectful and like to clean. I tend to keep to myself (either doing something solo in my room or going out with my boyfriend or friends), but if we’re going to be living together, I’d love for us to be friends and hang out.

I’ve also got a Shih Tzu who’s super friendly and house-trained. I’d also prefer a private bathroom since I groom him myself and would hate to take over a bathroom shared with someone else. Feel free to message if you’d like to team up :)
