I’m a first time mom with a 6 month old daughter. While sociable and easy to get along with, I also love my alone time! I can easily shift from social butterfly to hermit; a household of either one works for me! I’m extremely clean, organized, quiet and prefer to live somewhere that functions similarly. I’m looking for a clean, safe and peaceful home, not just a place to stay.

I work full-time during the week as a Preschool Teacher and my daughter attends daycare on my workdays. I work until 4:30pm, Monday through Friday and get home around 5pm. My daughter is a happy baby, sleeps through the night and is a pretty heavy sleeper! Moderate noise never seems to wake her. Her and I will likely be home most Saturdays and Sundays.

Ideally, I’m hoping to rent two rooms at no more than $800 each or a master for around $1,000. Looking for something long-term! 8-12months. My credit is SUBPRIME but I can provide proof of income, paystubs, bank statements, my current apartment’s contact information and a letter of recommendation from them if needed.
