Hi COS! I’m a single, 39-year old male who is looking for a new place. I have a good job with a great, well-known company and work from home. I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself. I’m currently in a one-bedroom apartment, but my lease is up soon and I’d like to get my financial house in order. Rent (and everything else) is so expensive these days that I can’t go it alone anymore.
I have a daughter who will be 11 soon, and she will come to stay on rotating weekends. Her safety is critical.
I am looking for a place that I can settle into, so you won’t have to constantly worry about filling a short-term rental. My daughter lives near Peterson AFB, so nearby would be great, but I am open to other locations as well, including up and down Marksheffel.
