Hi everyone! My name is Abner and I’m looking for a house with a room to move into for August 1st.

A little bit about me: I am 23 years old, I am from San Diego. I recently graduated PLNU and I currently work HR.

I like to surf, skate, and like taking pictures and videos with film. I also make music for my band Radioplay!

I’m mainly looking for something in Point Loma, OB, PB, Encinitas, Oceanside / Carlsbad but am open to anything if it’s the right fit.

I am open for both a year lease or month to month whatever is available.

Looking to room with ppl who are also early to mid twenties and have a cool spot to share. Also open to share a house with guys and girls too. I’m super chill and pretty easy to get along with!

I’d also like to add that I am super clean, am very good at communicating and am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community. I’m also always down to spend time with my house mates from time to time to grab some drinks or go surf
