Single Father of one , Been in Clearwater for about two years now. Do not want to move back to Tampa area so looking for Roomate and/or room to stay. Very open and understanding to whatever we can come together and make work. Would even compromise on going half on a Room for a weekly basis until finding something we can split a lease on or whatever makes it work (It’s that bad) lol I’m all about good vibes and positivity so alongside having a roommate depending on the person you are , I’m all for nights out or nights in with friends on my side your side however. I’m family oriented so whatever to make it work , I’m all in. Will team up to find a place we can go in on a least also if worst case scenario
