I am a 58 year old bank executive. Looking for a room within 3 miles of the Biltmore (24th & Camelback) where I will be working at a bank.
Need the room about 15 nights a month, since most weeks I will arrive Sunday evenings and leave Thursday morning; and some weeks I will not be there at all. Lease term can be flexible too and I expect to be traveling to and from Phoenix for several years.

I am married with kids (teenagers), but the family is staying in Georgia while I super-commute to Phoenix for work. I have done super-commuting for the last 10 years (minus the Covid year).

I am quiet, neat and clean, especially in the kitchen area, because my mother had me thoroughly clean-up the kitchen after every family dinner. Most nights I will be eating out or getting takeout. Won’t be keeping many belongings in the room since my home will continue to be in Georgia.

Had fantastic roommates in the past where we can talk in the evenings. I am interested in and supportive of ALL people and backgrounds except bigots, overly opiniated people, and those with no social conscience.

Regarding myself, I like biking, hiking, traveling, experiencing different cultures, and living a healthy socially responsible lifestyle.
