Hello, My name is Noah and I’m looking for a place for my mom (Andrea) and I. We are 2 adults and have no pets. We are both health nuts who eat organic/vegan. We like to live a healthy and wholesome lifestyle, and neither of us smoke, drink, or use drugs of any kind. Never have, never will. We take care of our rental homes like we own them.

We are the responsible and stable people you are looking for. We always pay our rent on time. We have oodles of excellent references from past places (some of them shared living spaces with others) and jobs. Most of them offered without us even asking. People just love us! Happy to share them with you however/whenever you’d like.

We have solid and reliable income that I can show proof/bank statements for. And I have also applied to work at PCC Community Markets and will most likely be working there in the next 1-2 weeks (I previously worked there and was well liked). I also am an experienced freelance handyman and landscaper.
