I am a 21-year-old mechanic currently working as a body shop manager. I’m originally from Wisconsin but have been living in SB for the last 4 years. I typically work long hours keeping me out of the house for the majority of the week. On weeknights I tend to chill, do artwork, read, and keep it mellow. When it comes to weekends I like to get out, hike, skate, enjoy downtown and occasionally enjoy the nightlife. I’m looking for housemates w good vibes, friendly attitudes, and a healthy disposition for cleanliness. I’m coming out of a living situation in which I was the caretaker of the entire house and am trying to avoid getting myself into the same scenario. I like to keep it positive and encouraging towards my housemates and create homelife that makes everyone happy to be there. Individual privacy is also important to me as we all need our alone time to decompress and recuperate. All in all, I’m easy going, like to have fun and adventure, respectful of others’ boundaries, clean, and bubbly!
