My wife lives and works up in DC but I’ll be working in the Hampton area for at least the next few years until I retire. Looking for a private room with a bathroom and to save money by splitting living expenses. I don’t keep many friends or throw big parties. I keep common areas clean and am respectful of rules. Would like to stay in a city center around shops and nice places to eat.
