Hello my husband and I are good people we would like to rent the room that you have listed on Craigslist. We are very quiet and very clean . We stay to ourselves and we clean everything we use. Please give us a chance you won’t be sorry. We need the room furnished and to move in for 6/27 we ate currently at an extended stay hotel here in Bakersfiekd, we are looking for a place to live . We pay our rent on time, and we have a registered esa cat she only stays in our room she we have papers for her. She is not a regular pet she helps me fall asleep she is specially trained thank you please get back to me asap. Brenda We are looking at other areas outside of Bakersfield because we absolutely need a place to live by 6/27 and homeowners don’t have to be so strict about renting to a great couple like us whom don’t cause any trouble
