Hi! Looking for a roommate to share a peaceful living space. I’m neat, clean, considerate and expect the same. I work full time overnights. I like crafts, walking, reading, game nights, paint n sip, going for breakfast/ brunch hang outs and the occasional night out for dinner/ drinks. It’d be nice to find someone like minded to be friends with. I have the occasional guest over to hang/watch TV, rarely a sleepover situation.

I’d prefer someone who is also neat/has clean living habits, respect shared spaces, is willing to compromise, can communicate to resolve any issues and is considerate with noise, as I sleep during the day and this has been an issue with previous roommates.

Looking for 1 roommate, 2 maximum.

I have an older cat that is indoors only, she is shy/skittsh and uses a litter box. Preferably she would be the only pet in the home but will consider a sm dog that is calm/mild mannered/fine with cats and will leave her alone.
