Hello, My name is Daniel and I’m interested in renting a room. I currently reside in an assisted living facility in Tampa and have been in physical therapy for the last 10 weeks after recovering from a back ailment and subsequent surgery. Now that I have recovered I’m looking forward to returning to the Spring Hill / Brooksville area where my 21-year-old son lives with his 8-month-old daughter. (My first grandchild) . My relationship with my son as well as being close to him is extremely important to me so your location is a plus. My time - Other than spending time with my son I work out and spend a good portion of time at the gym, I also take Marketing classes adding to a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. As for my income, I do collect Social Security Disability which guarantees me funds monthly but I also work nearly full time through the Social Security Disability Ticket to Work program. Besides my son, my only visitor would be my brother who is the Head Principal at Springstead High School, and as you can imagine he stays very busy so visits are few and far between. My son is also very busy being a new parent and working full-time but we try to make family time as often as we can which is why I’m very much looking forward to moving back to Hernando county as soon as possible. Again visiting in the home would be minimal and I can’t foresee any reason for an overnight visitor. I’m a pretty quiet person, when I find free time I binge watch shows and movies. I religiously read several book series and have books preordered several months in advance. I’m a very clean and organized person, I don’t smoke or drink. I clean up after myself and am happy to pitch in anytime to help anyone else I’m needed. l get along well with people and I have a really good sense of humor. My mood is almost always extremely positive and depending on what someone is looking for whether simply a housemate or an actual friend, I’m open to both and trying to make those I live with as comfortable as possible. If needed I have excellent references from previous Landlords that I’m sure would gladly rent to me again if they had availability. I have also never had an eviction and left all previously rented residences on good terms. I look forward to speaking with you soon!
