Hi! I’m a working student currently looking for a room in the Albuquerque area. I work part-time and am starting school online soon, so I keep a pretty steady and quiet routine focused on work and classes. I’m responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces and other people’s schedules. I also have a medium-large dog who is house-trained and well-behaved. He’s just over a year old, so he does have some playful puppy energy, but he’s very sweet and I stay on top of his behavior and care in the home. I’m looking for a stable, long-term room situation or month-to-month arrangement with people who are communicative and easygoing. I’m reliable with rent and bills and just looking for a peaceful place to stay while I build stability.
