Hey I’m ashley, Relocated from Orlando Fl to NYC. Originally from New York, always wanted to come back and so here I am. I have family and friends here so I’ve seen the changes throughout time and know the areas decently. I’m interested to find a roommate for a 1 year lease and if all turns out well can renew or if need be part ways after the lease. Ideally i’d like a roommate who I can befriend so we are both in a comfortable space and share the same likings to things. Drama free zone please lol.

About me: Young professional that works in the medical field, like to be active(gym) and outgoing. I’m not much of a crazy party person, I like to stay low key on weekdays and weekends enjoy the typical vibe. Very clean, respectful and energetic and keep a very open line of communication. I enjoy exploring around the area and traveling. Big foodie person so I like to go Out to eat or cook. Also enjoying hosting little gatherings. I work remotely from Home, love animals, I don’t mind if someone smokes weed just don’t like 24hour day smell. I do have lots of friends and family however when it comes to my space I’m particular who comes over. Oh most importantly I pay my bills on time.
