I am a mature 51-year-old single female looking to rent a room for a 1-year term.

I work full-time in a professional field at a doctor’s office and I’m very responsible. I keep a very clean house and also love organizing as I do professional organization on the side. I do not have any pets as I had to put down my senior dog last year due to his health issues after 16 years of having him. I am not opposed to pets and love dogs the most!

I enjoy most outdoor activities, love the beach, kayaking, I love visiting a lot of the state parks and the occasional adventurous road trip.

I am very easygoing and easy to get along with. I respect ones space and time and I’m looking for the same.
