Im looking for a room to rent month to month while I wait on the purchase of a house. I would like it to be furnished preferably with a private bath but will settle for a shared bath. I stay mostly to myself and will be in my room/ at work/ or meal prepping/working out for the most part of my stay.

I’m only interested in housemates that are clean and take care of their space. A safe neighborhood with shops and eateries close by. A bonus if you have ample parking available.
